Pavlich explains why there isn’t much point in finding the Supreme Court leak

Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich said Democrats tried to ‘ignore the leak’ and sideline it on Saturday’s ‘One Nation’ show, saying it followed a trend of Democrats trying to undermine the court.

Katie Pavlich: There has been much speculation as to whether it was a liberal clerk, who worked for more left-leaning justice. There were also accusations from Democrats that it was a court conservative who leaked this because they wanted Roe v Wade overturned. We don’t know who it is. We’ve heard calls from people like Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell saying the funder should be prosecuted if he broke any laws. The Department of Justice hasn’t shown much interest in knowing who the funder is, and it certainly hasn’t shown much interest in prosecuting people who go to the Conservative justices’ homes.

But if you look at how the evidence has piled up, Democrats have used it, including the White House. They tried to ignore the leak, putting it aside, as Jen Psaki said when it was first posted, to focus on the Roe vs. Wade issue. And it follows a pattern of Democrats trying to undermine the court, whether with short-packing or by suing Supreme Court nominees who happen to be Republican nominees, trying to have their nomination thrown out. And, of course, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer stood on the court steps last year during an abortion hearing threatening Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch over the same issue. . It therefore follows the diagram on the left, but we do not know who the donor is.
